The interest for developing this project is to conjure a strategy for producing a super-flat building without losing a sense of robustness. As electronic media looks to further compress everything in life, Solar Jack House is a production of such desire. As a gizmo that is not fully intended to provide all the solutions for pure use, the house also takes on the appearance of functionality to engender a specific sense of contemporariness. Solar Jack house exercises the freedom for scale shift from electronic products to a house. The convertible roof canopy is designed to retract when the home owner is away; Engaging the panels to be placed at an optimum angle for energy gain eliminates the amount of heat gain during the day.
